The Humanities curriculum at Marylebone Academy enables students to develop a deeper understanding of the people, places, events and ideas that have shaped our world. Through the study of History, Geography and Religious Education, students explore diverse cultures, societies and perspectives, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to engage thoughtfully with the world around them.
Our curriculum is rooted in academic scholarship and current thinking, encouraging students to question, investigate and think critically. Students develop a secure understanding of historical events, geographical processes and religious and ethical beliefs while challenging misconceptions and exploring different viewpoints with curiosity and respect.
