Physical Education

Our Physical Education curriculum inspires every student to develop a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity, sport and healthy living.

We believe that physical education plays a vital role in supporting students' physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Through high-quality teaching and a wide range of sporting opportunities, students develop resilience, teamwork, leadership, communication and respect which are all qualities that positively influence learning across the school and prepare them for life beyond the classroom.

Students are encouraged to pursue excellence, whether through curriculum lessons, enrichment activities or competitive sport, while those with a particular interest in the subject are supported to continue their studies at GCSE and beyond.
