We are a welcoming and inclusive Sixth Form, offering more than 20 subjects and a distinctive educational experience in the heart of Paddington Basin. As part of United Learning, we are committed to delivering the best for every student, ensuring that each individual achieves outstanding academic outcomes and is equipped for a successful and fulfilling future.
Since opening in 2019, we have established a curriculum founded on academic excellence, high expectations and ambitious outcomes. We are proud of our students' achievements, with 68% attaining grades A* to C. Our results reflect particular strengths in the social sciences and business-related subjects, with 100% achieving A* to B in Further Maths, 100% A* to B in Classics and 88% A* to B in Economics. Our students progress to leading universities across the UK, including Oxford, Cambridge, Cardiff and Durham, to name a few.
Our dedicated Sixth Form centre, located close to our main school on North Wharf Road, provides an inspiring environment for study and personal development. Students benefit from access to our excellent facilities, including specialist science laboratories, computer suites, design and technology workshops, and a modern sports hall with gym facilities.
At the heart of our Sixth Form is a dedicated team of staff who provide exceptional teaching, guidance and pastoral support. We encourage students to embrace the greater independence of Key Stage 5, taking ownership of their learning and developing the study skills required for success at university and beyond.
Alongside academic excellence, every student receives personalised careers and UCAS guidance, including a dedicated one-to-one interview, ensuring that their next steps reflect their aspirations and ambitions.
We expect our sixth formers to lead by example, acting as positive role models for younger students and contributing to the culture and values of the school.
