Parent Apps

The Arbor app has launched to parents and carers with parental responsibility of students at MBS. 

The app will be able to share a wide range of information about your child. You will be able to view your child’s school data on the web portal or parent app. You can download the Arbor app via the Apple or Google Play Store.

Arbor will provide you with:  

• Attendance data for morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) Registration
• Calendar and timetable information
• Behaviour positive points (from 13 April onwards)
• Behaviour negative points (from 13 April onwards)
• Behaviour incidents (positive and negative)
• Detention information

Parents can also:

• Book enrichment clubs
• Update dietary requirements for medical or religious reasons
• View names of contacts added to your child’s profile
• Add new contacts

When your child starts with us, you will be sent information about how to download and log in for the first time. Please note that if you currently use Arbor for a child at another school, you will still need to await our activation email before you see your MBS child’s information. 

The school currently uses ParentPay for contactless payments and School Cloud for booking onto parents’ evenings, so these options are not available on Arbor.

We offer a cashless system as a convenient way to pay for school meals, trips, music lessons and much more online. You can make secure payments online using a credit or debit card. 

ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like. You will have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; you will be prompted to change these when you first log in. We will send you a letter before your child’s first day at school and this will include your log in details. 

Once you have activated your account, you can make online payments straight away. Please set up an alert on ParentPay to top up your child’s funds regularly.
